Denver metro
Denver and the cities that ring it, from century-old brick neighborhoods to subdivisions finished last year.
Castle Rock to Longmont, Fort Morgan to Breckenridge. Each town page covers local conditions and how old the housing is, because that decides the preparation.
Painter Hotline covers 47 cities and towns on Colorado's Front Range: the Denver metro, the south metro to Castle Rock, Broomfield and Boulder County to Longmont, the eastern plains to Fort Morgan and the I-70 mountain towns to Breckenridge. We do not take work north of Longmont, south of Castle Rock, east of Fort Morgan or west of Breckenridge.
Denver and the cities that ring it, from century-old brick neighborhoods to subdivisions finished last year.
Arapahoe and Douglas County suburbs south to Castle Rock, our southern edge. Mostly newer housing with active homeowner associations.
Broomfield, the old coal towns of east Boulder County, and the fast-growing Carbon Valley in Weld County, north to Longmont.
Plains towns along I-70 to about Byers and Deer Trail, and along I-76 to Fort Morgan, usually on planned trips.
Foothills communities above the metro and the I-70 corridor west into Summit County, ending at Breckenridge.
The share of homes built before 1980 ranges from almost none in the newest suburbs to most of the housing in the old mining and farm towns. It is a rough guide to two things: how likely lead-based paint is (it was banned for homes in 1978), and how many layers of old coating a crew is likely to find.

More on what the federal lead rule means for a paint job: painting a pre-1978 home.
Denver, Boulder and Brighton each have a dedicated site from our company with neighborhood-level detail: Denver Paint Contractors, Boulder CO Painters and Painting Brighton. The phone number reaches the same office either way.

Travel is built into the written estimate rather than added later, and we group jobs in the same area into single trips. Mountain and plains work is planned further ahead.
Because the age of a house changes the job more than its size does. Homes built before 1978 may have lead-based paint, homes from the 1970s through the 1990s often have hardboard siding, and newer homes usually need caulk and trim work on their first repaint.
Call with the address. If it is inside the area above we will quote it; if it is not, we will say so.
Photos and the year your building went up usually get you a written number within a day. If yours really needs a visit, we will tell you.
