Stucco with stone accents is common. Hairline cracks get filled first, and the coating has to let moisture move through the wall instead of trapping it behind a film.
RidgeGate and Heritage Hills sit on open ground, so south and west walls take intense afternoon sun and fade faster than the rest.
Parts of RidgeGate are still being built, so finished homes sit beside active sites. Grading dust settles on wet paint, which is one more reason we wash first and check the wind before a spray day.
RidgeGate and the Lincoln Station area include townhome and condo buildings where exterior work is managed by an association. We price those by building and phase.
