About seven in ten Castle Rock homes were built since 2000, and nearly every subdivision has covenants with a published palette. Approval comes before scheduling.
The blocks around downtown and Craig and Gould include older homes with wood siding and rhyolite stone, which need different prep than the newer stucco and fiber cement.
