Old Town is old
The streets around Main Street and the historic districts have homes from the late 1800s and early 1900s with deep trim, porches and many layers of paint. Those get patient hand prep and lead-safe handling.
Our northern boundary: a historic downtown, decades of suburbs, and farmland to the east.

Much of Longmont was built between 1970 and 2000. Expect hardboard and wood lap siding, original trim and cedar fences on their third repaint.
The Prospect neighborhood is dense new urbanism with bold color schemes and narrow side yards, which changes how staging works.
Some homes near the St. Vrain were repaired after the September 2013 flood. Newer patches next to older siding can take paint differently, so we prime the transitions.
